Fees are outlined in formal agreements or invoices issued by FELVARION. Payments are due within specified timelines. Late payments may result in suspension of services and applicable administrative charges. All pricing is exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
Refund eligibility depends on contractual terms. Unless explicitly stated, payments for completed milestones or delivered services are non-refundable. Requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance.
FELVARION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We provide services on a professional best-efforts basis without guarantees of specific outcomes.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with contractual notice periods. FELVARION reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if users breach these Terms. Upon termination, outstanding balances become immediately payable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial regulations and governing jurisdictional laws relevant to FELVARION’s principal place of business. Disputes shall be resolved through competent courts within the applicable jurisdiction.
